Cinnamon Coffee Cake, just like breakfast at grandma’s, pairs perfectly with morning coffee. That ripple of cinnamon through the middle is a crowd pleaser.

Growing up we used to go visit extended family on the weekends. Almost every single time there would be some sort of treat for us to enjoy when we got there. One of my favorites, this Cinnamon Coffee Cake.

I really looked forward to those goodies & vowed I would make similar treats often when I had my own family. I am happy to say that I kept my promise to myself & make snack cakes & coffee cakes as often as I can. They are always a highlight in our week.
