Beer Bread Dinner Rolls are a quick & easy family dinner idea that’s ready to eat in just 45 minutes. Pair them with delicious soup & you have a hearty meal!
It’s so cold here in North Idaho right now. I find myself craving a super warm & hearty meal when it gets super chilly outside. Do you know it’s in the very low single digits this week – for the highs! It’s rather strange for us to have multiple super cold snaps but this is our second of the season. I’m looking forward to spring, but while I wait for the warmer temps to arrive I’m stocking up on soup & creating yummy beer bread dinner rolls to pair with each delicious bowl.
Beer Bread Dinner Rolls
We love to pick up these bags of Idahoan® Premium Steakhouse® Potato Soups not only because they are delectable, but because they are so easy to make. You really can’t beat creating a main dish that’s ready in just 5 minutes! That so much faster than anything else I could make! Plus, I love buying local, so finding brands I can support that are based in Idaho makes me truly happy. I sprinkle a pinch of chives on top for added color because I like to present a beautiful bowl of soup when serving. It’s really scrumptious. So thick & creamy – I find myself getting a little sad as I reach the bottom of the bowl.
I love to pair these soups with my recipe for beer bread dinner rolls. In the spirit of keeping things really simple, these dinner rolls are made with just 4 base ingredients. It’s as simple as mixing, dropping & baking. I like to add the granulated garlic, parmesan cheese & parsley just for a little additional flavor & texture on top. Who doesn’t like pretty food? No need to wait for the dough to rise with these, they are done in 45 minutes flat. That’s it! Start to finish.
I can bake the rolls & whip up the soup in less than 1 hour – which is great for getting dinner on the table quickly. I love easy family dinners that simplify my life. Huge bonus when the family keeps coming back for more.
