We add it to almost everything. So after creating my honey roasted almonds, the family was begging for a slightly less sweet snack for munching on.
Knowing how much they love sriracha, I knew I had to make these Sriracha Spice Almonds & they absolutely loved them. I mean, who wouldn’t love these crunchy pan-toasted almonds with hints of spicy chili and sriracha?
They are positively addictive! So quick, easy, and healthy too! Awesome, right?!
Sriracha Spice Almonds
Have you ever made your own skillet roasted almonds before? These are so crazy-easy to make and so incredibly yummy that I can’t believe I never thought of putting these awesome flavors together before.
If you love sriracha, then these really are the perfect snack for you! When I say that they are EASY & QUICK, I mean, like a 10 minutes kind of quick!
This is awesome because if you’re anything like me when you’re in the mood for a snack you do not want to spend a lot of time or energy prepping a snack.
I like to make a big batch on the weekends in time for race day – which will be here soon.
Then we have a little leftover to enjoy throughout the week. It’s a win for all & everyone is happy-happy!

I like to start with unsalted just so I am not adding any additional flavor or seasonings to the recipe.
Can I use a different type of nut?
Of course. This recipe is also delicious with pecans or walnuts. We have even made it with a mixed nut party mix.
HOW DO YOU MAKE Sriracha Almonds?
- Combine the almonds, honey, chili powder, onion powder, and sriracha in a medium bowl & stir to combine.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet & then add the almond mixture.
- Cook over high heat for about 5 minutes or until almonds have absorbed the flavors.
- Remove from heat & transfer to a parchment-lined plate to cool & set.
- Sprinkle with granulated garlic while cooling.
- Can be store in an air-tight container for about 1 week.
