One thing I love to make each holiday season is truffles. They are incredibly simple & are a huge hit with everyone. Every time I bring them to a holiday gathering they are one of the first things to disappear. Instead of making my usual chocolate covered truffles this year & decided to mix it up a bit & try a couple new things with them to create what I think are my best truffles yet.
The dark chocolate with the hint of salty from the pistachios- WOW.
Yep- these were gone in a flash.
