This week I made the cutest (& yummiest) Spring Flora Krispies! It’s been forever since I made homemade krispies & I had forgotten just how much better they are than the ready-made version. I originally wanted to make some spring sugar cookies. I was craving something light & I had very little time. I figured that I could bake them in the short amount of time I had & then either give them some sprinkles or frost them the next day if I had a few more minutes. Well- I think we have an issue with our oven, because after 2 trays coming out- they were pasty on top & burnt on the bottom. Needless to say- they went in the trash & it was back to square one. Now that I had wasted all that time I had to think fast – krispies, I’ll make krispies.
