Angel Hair Pasta in Burgundy Garlic Sauce

During our last recent visit with family we learned that even though our normal recipes yield plenty of leftovers for us, they are not nearly enough to feed 3 additional adults. So we have been playing with some of our favorite recipes & creating new ones with the idea of making more than enough for guests. This means that we end up with a whole lot more leftovers- however that really comes in handy when we are getting home late from swim team & the gym. One thing we really like to make for guests is pasta. It’s quick, simple & goes a long way in bulk. It’s great to gather around the table with a bowl of goodness & add a little glass of wine & fellowship with our guests. One of our new favorites is this Angel Hair Pasta in Burgundy Garlic Sauce.

Sounds awesome!! Usually I just saute minced garlic in butter and olive oil, but your recipe is much more decadent :) I’ll give it a try real soon for sure.
