I originally shared this recipe on Real Housemoms– where I am a contributor.
As many of you know, I have been counting points & watching what I eat. This also means I have been working REALLY hard to make different choices in what I put into my mouth. This has been really hard for this treats loving girl, let me tell you. But I have found a way I can have things I love without even changing the recipe. Eat it SMALL! I know that sounds crazy, but making something like these Peter Pan Peanut Butter Cookies really makes a huge difference. You see, they taste just like the peanut butter cookies I already love. This recipe is different than my usual. But these are TINY, so I feel like I’m eating a whole lot of them, when in reality- it’s probably only 1-2 cookies. They all fit great in my favorite cookie jar.

You see, I inherited an old family cookbook when my hubs father passes away. About every week or so I try to pick a recipe that we remember from childhood & remake it with my own twist on it. We have enjoyed seeing what was popular way back when we were kids. It’s been great for the kids to hear stories & get to know family that are long since passed. One of the most recent favorites are these cookies. They are tiny, 100% bite sized which makes them so much fun. So break out a big jar of Peter Pan peanut butter, the best white chocolate chips & your baking sheet & make some cookies.
