I have never been one for making resolutions. But I do like to set goals for a new year. One thing we all decided on as a family is to make sure we are eating breakfast every morning.
It can be so easy to rush out of the house without having a little something to get us through the day. I need something to motivate me to make breakfast.
Fortunately, the Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast, we found at Walmart, makes it so simple to add a wholesome addition to our favorite recipes, like these air fried omelets.
Air Fried Omelets
These are so easy to make. With just a couple of minutes of prep time and 14-18 minutes cooking in your air fryer, you have a delicious breakfast that the whole family will love.
The best part about these omelets is that they are versatile. We love that we can change up the ingredients depending on our mood. One day we can add diced green chiles and another day, a handful of mushrooms and spinach.
Here are some commonly asked questions
Why choose Tyson Grilled & Ready products?
They are 100% all natural, made with white meat chicken & they never use antibiotics. That is really important to me when it comes to feeding my family. Plus they pack between 13-21g of protein per serving. That really helps me stuff the protein into our breakfasts, which keeps us fuller longer throughout our days. I don’t want anyone feeling hungry before lunch.
Where can I find Tyson Grilled & Ready products?
It’s so easy and convenient. Pick up yours in the freezer section at your local Walmart. There are many varieties to choose from, including Chicken Breast Strips, Fajita Chicken Strips, Chicken Breast Fillets, Pulled Chicken Breast and the Roasted Diced Chicken Breast I used here. You can get everything you need in one weekly shopping trip.

You can’t go wrong with a pretty little breakfast like this one. These are easy enough that my kids can make them on their own.
Which is a huge win, right moms? It’s always nice when the kids can be self-sufficient.
What air fryer do you use?
We actually have 3 air fryers. I have a smaller one from Phillips that we started with. I have since given that to my son since he’s only cooking for 1.
But the more I used the air fryer I realized I really wanted a digital screen. It wasn’t any more expensive, in fact- our XL air fryer from GoWISE was less expensive than the Phillips and I love its ease & extra functions.
Plus it comes with a lot of the extra accessories I like to use when cooking with my fryer.
But I when I started working on my second air fryer book, I wanted to change things up. I picked up this Chefman 6.3 Quart Digital Air Fryer+ Rotisserie, Dehydrator, Convection Oven. It has 8 Touch Screen Presets (Fry, Roast, Dehydrate & Bake, BPA-Free, Auto Shutoff) & Accessories Included. It is XL Family Size, which is great!
