The best part about these omelets is that they are versatile. We love that we can change up the ingredients depending on our mood. One day we can add diced green chiles and another day, a handful of mushrooms and spinach.

We actually have 3 air fryers. I have a smaller one from Phillips that we started with. I have since given that to my son since he’s only cooking for 1.

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast ,divided
- 2 tbsp shredded cheese ,divided
- 1/2 tsp salt ,divided
- 1/4 tsp pepper ,divided
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic ,divided
- 1/4 tsp onion powder ,divided
- Spray 2 ramekins with olive oil.
- Crack two eggs into each ramekin.
- Add cheese and seasonings.
- Whisk to combine.
- Sprinkle in 1/4 cup diced chicken in each cup.
