You all know how much I love coffee. I start my morning with a huge 28 ounce mug. In the summer I like to sip on iced coffee all day long. So it should come as no surprise that I found a way to make my dessert with coffee too. These Caramel Macchiato Pudding Pops turned out so good. Just the perfect thing to enjoy on the porch in the warm summer evenings.
So incredibly simple to make. Pudding & this YUMMY Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee & a little patience while I waited for them to freeze. That was all I needed for these & I was in iced coffee heaven.
Like I mentioned earlier this week, it’s sort of nice to have a few little treats around here that I don’t have to share with the kids. I love having a little goodie just for the hubs & I.
I so love easy recipes – especially in the summer.
It’s so nice to not have to spend all day in the kitchen. Just pour, whisk & freeze. That’s all it takes.
Caramel Macchiato Pudding Pops
- 1 - 3.9 oz pkg chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee from International Delight
- Combine ingredients in medium bowl
- Whisk well until all pudding powder is dissolved
- Transfer to pop molds & freeze several hours
