Ingredients

Dry Rub

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Pork

  • 4 boneless pork chops 1-inch thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and then spritz lightly with oil. Set aside.
  • Combine the brown sugar, granulated garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
  • Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle them with the oil.
  • Sprinkle the rub mixture over each pork chop and then pat and rub it in, making sure to cover both sides.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140-145 degrees.
  • Remove and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
  • When serving, spoon a little bit of the juices over the top of each pork chop for added flavor.
