Oven-Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
Dry Rub

brown sugar

tsp
granulated garlic
1
tsp
smoked paprika
½
tsp
sea salt

pepper
Pork
4
boneless pork chops
1-inch thick

tbsp
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and then spritz lightly with oil. Set aside.
Combine the brown sugar, granulated garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle them with the oil.
Sprinkle the rub mixture over each pork chop and then pat and rub it in, making sure to cover both sides.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140-145 degrees.
Remove and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
When serving, spoon a little bit of the juices over the top of each pork chop for added flavor.
