Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken OR boneless, skinless - cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles optional

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spritz a square baking dish with cooking oil. Set aside.
  • Mix the cooked chicken, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and blue cheese crumbles in a large bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix again.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading into an even layer.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with additional shredded cheese, buffalo sauce, green onions, and/or blue cheese crumbles when serving.
  • Serve warm.
