Perfect Every Time Hard Boiled Eggs



Eggs  Water Salt


Place eggs in a large pot and cover at least an inch over with water. Add salt and bring to a boil over high heat.


When water starts to boil, cover and remove from heat. Set a timer for 6-14 minutes (6 for soft boiled, 14 for super hard boiled).


Immediately transfer to ice water to stop the cooking process and add to a bowl lined with paper towels once cooled. Refrigerate until ready to use.
