32 oz tater tots frozen 1 lb breakfast sausage 1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded 1 cup mozzarella cheese - shredded 8 large eggs 1 cup milk ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp onion powder
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Cook sausage over medium heat in a large skillet until browned. Drain grease.
Combine the cooked sausage and tater tots in the prepared baking dish. Toss gently to mix.
Sprinkle both types of cheese evenly over the top.
Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage, tater tots, and cheese.
