Ingredients

  • 32 oz tater tots frozen
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese - shredded
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
  • Cook sausage over medium heat in a large skillet until browned. Drain grease.
  • Combine the cooked sausage and tater tots in the prepared baking dish. Toss gently to mix.
  • Sprinkle both types of cheese evenly over the top.
  • Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage, tater tots, and cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly browned.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
