Ingredients

  • 3 lbs flank steak - sliced thin
  • 1 cup Teriyake Marinade Soy Vay Veri Veri
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup beer
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • cups carrots shredded
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced onions
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 cups spaghetti noodles cooked & drained

Instructions

  • Combine flank steak, marinade, broth, beer, garlic & onions to slow cooker.
  • Cover & cook on HIGH for 4 hours
  • In the last 30 minutes, add in broccoli & carrots- stir & cover for remaining time
  • Once meat is done cooking, add in cooked noodles & toss to combine
