1boxcornbread mix
1cancornnot drained (15 ounces)
1cancan creamed corn(15 ounces)
½cupsour cream
¼cupbuttermelted
1egg
1¼cupshredded cheese
1tbsppaprika
Instructions
Combine the cornbread mix, corn, creamed corn, sour cream, butter, egg, 1/2 of the cheese & paprika in the slow cooker. Mix well.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the mixture and then cover.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until a toothpick test comes out clean.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
**Note- use caution when removing the lid as to not drip the condensation onto the casserole.
