  • 1 box cornbread mix
  • 1 can corn not drained (15 ounces)
  • 1 can can creamed corn (15 ounces)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp paprika


  • Combine the cornbread mix, corn, creamed corn, sour cream, butter, egg, 1/2 of the cheese & paprika in the slow cooker. Mix well.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the mixture and then cover.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until a toothpick test comes out clean.
  • Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.


**Note- use caution when removing the lid as to not drip the condensation onto the casserole.
