Ingredients
8ouncescream cheese
1cupbutter(2 sticks)
1½cupsgranulated sugar
2½cupsall-purpose flour
2cupsfreeze-dried raspberries
½cupwhite chocolate chips
Instructions
Beat cream cheese and butter together until fluffy.
Add sugar, and beat well.
Slowly mix in flour just until incorporated.
Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
Chill 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Scoop chilled dough into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 13-14 minutes.
Add more white chocolate chips to the tops of the baked cookies before they cool.
