Ingredients
3½cupsall-purpose floursifted
2tspbaking powder
1½cupsgranulated sugar
1cupbutter2 sticks
2eggs
2tspvanilla extract
¼cupgranulated sugar to coat
1Pillsbury Filled Pastry Frosting Bags - Vanilla
2cupsstrawberriessliced fresh
Instructions
In a bowl, stir together the flour & baking powder. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the sugar and butter until fluffy.
Beat in the eggs & vanilla.
Stir in the flour mixture, a third of it at a time, to make a stiff dough.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Scoop a ball of the dough, roll it into a ball & then roll it in the remaining sugar to coat.
Bake on a non-stick cookie sheet for 8 minutes.
Cool completely on the pan before transferring them to a wire rack before decorating.
Once cooled, use the Pillsbury Filled Pastry Bags to swirl the frosting on top of each cookie.
Place several slices of strawberries on top of the frosting.
