Slow Cooker Blueberry Honey Garlic Meatballs

Slow Cooker Blueberry Honey Garlic Meatballs are an easy appetizer recipe that is great for parties. Practically effortless to make & a huge crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • cup Beesponsible Blueberry honey
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 heaping tbsp minced garlic
  • 28 oz. fully cooked frozen meatballs

Instructions

  • Place meatballs in a small slow cooker
  • In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients & whisk well
  • Pour over frozen meatballs & toss to coat
  • Cover & cook on low 3-4 hours - stirring occasionally

Notes

If desired, top with sesame seeds, &/or chopped parsley. Serve as an appetizer or as a main dish over rice or in a sandwich.
 
To make in the air fryer - use frozen meatballs and cook at 400 for 8-12 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, then toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce.
