This Triple Chocolate Banana Bread is a chocolate lovers dream. Not only is it easy to make but you get 3 mini loaves out of this batter! Such a great way to use up those overripe bananas.

Ingredients
1½cupsall-purpose flour
½cupcocoa powder
1tspbaking soda
½tspbaking powder
½cupbutterroom temperature (1 stick)
¼cuppacked brown sugar
½cupgranulated sugar
2eggs- room temperature
4small bananas - mashed
½cupdark chocolate chips
¼cupmini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 3 mini loaf pans with bakers joy or grease well & set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda & baking powder.
In the mixer bowl, combine butter & sugars & beat until fluffy.
Slowly stir in eggs & bananas.
Add dry mixture & stir until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide evenly between the prepared pans.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick test is clean.
Top with chocolate syrup or hot fudge if serving for dessert instead of breakfast.
