Ingredients
3sticks unsalted softened butter
1 1/2c.packed brown sugar
1/2c.granulated sugar
2eggs
1tbsp.vanilla extract
4c.all purpose flour
4tsp.cornstarch
2tsp.baking soda
1tsp.salt
1 - 1 1/2tbsp.ground coffee
1c.chocolate chips
1/2c.chopped toffee pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt and coffee grounds in a medium bowl. Set aside.
In mixer bowl, cream together butter and sugars
Add eggs, vanilla, and mix until creamy.
Slowly stir in the flour mixture until it is combined well.
Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits
Bake for approx. 12-15 minutes or until edges are browned- cool on pan 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack
