Lay cookies out on a large tray or piece of parchment paper

Place shortening & white chocolate chips in squeeze bottle & microwave on 50% power in 30 second increments until melted - shaking after each increment

Squeeze chocolate on half the cookie & fill in

Add sprinkles

Place in refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes
