White Chocolate Spring Cookies

Simple shortbread cookies, white chocolate & Easter sprinkles is so much fun!

  • 1 package shortbread cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips- in a small squeeze bottle
  • 1 tbsp shortening
  • 1/4 cup Easter sprinkles


  • Lay cookies out on a large tray or piece of parchment paper
  • Place shortening & white chocolate chips in squeeze bottle & microwave on 50% power in 30 second increments until melted - shaking after each increment
  • Squeeze chocolate on half the cookie & fill in
  • Add sprinkles
  • Place in refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes
