Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line 24 muffin tin wells with wrappers
In mixer bowl combine butter & sugar - beat until fluffy
Add applesauce, eggs, vanilla - mix until just combined
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt & cinnamon
Stir in slowly & add in your sour cream to keep moist
Mix until just combined
Scoop out into your cupcake wrappers filling about 2/3 full
Top each with 1-2 tsp of apple pie filling
Bake 30-35 minutes or until the center springs back when touched
Remove & cool on wire rack before adding caramel drizzle & confectioners sugar
