This Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Granola is such a yummy addition to some yogurt or even with a little milk as a cereal.

Ingredients
3½cupsrolled oats
2cupschopped walnuts
½cupcanola oil
½cuppure maple syrup
1cuppomegranate dark chocolates
1½cupstoasted coconut
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a large baking sheet with parchment & set aside
In a large bowl combine oats, walnuts, oil & syrup & mix until well incorporated & the oats are moist
Spread out onto prepared pan in an even layer
Bake approx 30 minutes rotating tray about half way through
Remove & allow to cool completely
Transfer to large bowl & add in toasted coconut & pomegranate dark chocolates - toss to combine
Store in airtight container for up to 1 week

**To make this recipe in the Air Fryer - Preheat to 250 degrees. Adjust the ingredients, either reducing by 50-75% depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 20 minutes - stirring every 7 minutes. You can remove sooner than the called for time if the granola has reached your desired brown.Note - this can be made with gluten-free oats. Alternate mix-ins can include pumpkin seeds, maple syrup in place of honey, dried raisins, fruit, or cranberries.
