Preheat the oven to 375.
Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment - set aside.
In the mixer bowl, cream together the butter & sugar until fluffy.
Add in the egg & egg white, sour cream, vanilla & almond extracts & mix well.
Slowly stir in flour, cinnamon, baking powder & salt & mix until it is a crumbly dough.
Press dough into a flat, even layer in the prepared pan.
Use a fork to poke holes in the top so that it bakes evenly.
Bake 17-20 minutes or until browned.
Cool completely before adding the frosting.
