Ingredients
1cupbutter - room temperature
2tbsphoney
1½tspground cinnamon
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended. You can use either a large rubber spatula, a hand mixer or a stand mixer for this.
Place the butter on parchment paper, cover and roll into a log.
Twist the ends of the parchment paper.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.
