Ingredients
1/2cupbutter1 stick- room temperature
3/4cupgranulated sugar
2large eggs
1/4tspalmond extract
1cupall-purpose flour
1/4tspsalt
1/2cupwhite chocolate candy melts
1/4cupwhite chocolate chips
1cupmacadamia nutschopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line 8x8 pan with parchment - set aside
In mixer bowl - add butter & sugar & mix until creamy
Add eggs & almond extract, mixing well - scrape down bowl as needed
Mix in flour & salt slowly
Fold in white chocolate candy melts & nuts
Spoon the mixture into prepared pan & spread into an even layer
Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick test is clean
Top with white chocolate chips immediately after removing from oven.
Cool completely at least 1 hour before cutting
Store in an airtight container at room temperature
