Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 Smithfield Slow Smoked Mesquite Flavor Fresh Pork Loin Filet 27 ounce
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce flavor of choice
  • 12 slices Havarti cheese
  • 24 slices bacon- cooked crisp
  • 12 slices pineapple rounds
  • Mini dill pickles *opt

Instructions

  • Slice rolls in half to make mini-buns - set aside.
  • Sprinkle the pork filet with the garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Grill the pork loin filet on 375 degree BBQ for approx 20-25 min or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
  • Brush with a little BBQ sauce and let cook another 5 minutes for the sauce to glaze.
  • Once the pork is cooked, slice & add to your rolls.
  • Top with the cheese, followed by bacon & then a pineapple slice.
  • Add the top of the bun & garnish with a toothpick & mini dill pickle.
