Hawaiian Havarti Pork Sliders

12  Hawaiian rolls 1  Smithfield Slow Smoked Mesquite Flavor Fresh Pork Loin Filet  27 ounce 1  tbsp  granulated garlic 2  tsp  salt 1  tsp  pepper ¼  cup   BBQ sauce  flavor of choice 12  slices  Havarti cheese 24  slices  bacon- cooked crisp 12  slices  pineapple rounds Mini dill pickles *opt Slice rolls in half to make mini-buns - set aside. 
Sprinkle the pork filet with the garlic, salt and pepper.  
Grill the pork loin filet on 375 degree BBQ for approx 20-25 min or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. 
Brush with a little BBQ sauce and let cook another 5 minutes for the sauce to glaze. 
Once the pork is cooked, slice & add to your rolls. 
Top with the cheese, followed by bacon & then a pineapple slice. 
Add the top of the bun & garnish with a toothpick & mini dill pickle.
