No-Churn Coffee Ice Cream
No Churn Coffee Ice Cream is a coffee lovers dream. Less added sugar & all the great flavor of coffee, this is one frozen dessert you'll make all summer.
- 4 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
- 1 cup SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 16 oz whipped topping
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Combine Splenda & instant coffee in a large bowl.
Add coconut cream & whisk until everything is dissolved & blended
Whisk in vanilla
Fold in whipped topping
Transfer to freezer-safe container, sprinkle with chocolate chips - lightly stir
Cover & freeze at least 6 hours or overnight
