Chewy Raisinets Oatmeal Cookies

Chewy Raisinets Oatmeal Cookies are perfect when can't decide between adding raisins or chocolate chips to your favorite cookies. Easy no-chill recipe.

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups quick oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups Raisinets


  • Preheat oven to 350F,
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add egg, butter, sugars & vanilla - beat well.
  • Add the oats, flour, baking soda & salt - stir to combine.
  • Fold in Raisinets
  • Using a medium cookie scoop, form mounds & place on prepared baking sheet spaced about 2 inches apart
  • Bake 10-13 minutes or until edges have set -don’t overbake. Cookies firm up as they cool.
  • Immediately upon taking the baking sheet out of the oven, add about 3-4 additional Raisinets per cookie.
  • Cool cookies on baking sheet for about 10 minutes before serving.
