White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzels


  • 12 ounces white chocolate
  • 1/3 cup finely crushed peppermint candy
  • 8 ounces small salted pretzels


  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate at 50% power for 1 minute; stir.
  • Return to microwave at 30 second intervals (still at 50% power) until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir crushed peppermint into melted chocolate.
  • Using a fork, dip pretzels in white chocolate and peppermint mixture.
  • Tap fork on side of bowl to remove excess chocolate.
  • Place pretzels on wax paper until set.
