3 pounds potatoes peeled and cut into chunks 4 tablespoons butter ½ cup milk adjust for desired creaminess 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes in a large pot, cooking until tender. (approx 15-20 minutes)
Drain the water and return the potatoes to the pot.
Add the butter.
