  • 8 croissants large
  • 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough balls you’ll need 16 dough balls

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Slice the croissants in half lengthwise - stopping when they are cut approximately ¾ of the way through.
  • Take one ball of cookie dough and break it into smaller pieces.
  • Stuff the smaller pieces of the cookie dough into the cut croissant like you are stuffing a sandwich.
  • Break apart another cookie dough ball and spread it on top of the stuffed croissant.
  • Place the prepared croissant on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Repeat with the remaining cookie dough and croissants.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookie dough is baked and golden brown on top.
