- 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
- 2 cups chicken cooked, chopped (rotisserie or leftover chicken works great)
- 1 cup celery finely chopped
- ½ cup red bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup red onion finely diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream optional, for extra creaminess
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional garnish: chopped parsley or paprika
