Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops boneless
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Place the pork chops on a plate and pat them dry.
  • Whisk the brown sugar, paprika, garlic salt, oregano, chili powder, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
