- 1 tablespoon butter
- 16 ounces beef hot dogs sliced into ½-inch pieces (or turkey hot dogs)
- 30 ounces baked beans TWO 15-ounce cans
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat
Add the sliced hot dogs and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, onion powder, and pepper.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer the mixture for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly thickened.
