Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken drumsticks 12 legs
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • Olive oil

Parsley and parmesan cheese for garnish - *opt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 435 degrees.
  • Place the chicken in a large bowl and spritz with the oil to coat.
  • Mix the granulated garlic, onion powder, paprika, sea salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and chili powder in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the oiled chicken and then toss to coat.
  • Arrange the chicken in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet, leaving space between the pieces for airflow.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 175 degrees. Be sure to flip the pieces halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  • OPT - you can broil the chicken for a few minutes at the end of the baking time for added crispness if desired.
  • I like to add a sprinkle of parsley and parmesan cheese for added flavor and visual interest when serving.
