Dry any moisture on the pork chops by patting them with a paper towel.
Combine the flour with half of the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, thyme, and cayenne in a shallow bowl.
Whisk the eggs and milk in a separate shallow bowl.
Stir the panko breadcrumbs and the remaining seasonings on a plate or in a third shallow bowl.
Dredge each pork chop in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
Dip the pork chop into the egg mixture, allowing any extra to drip off.
Press both sides into the seasoned panko until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
Spritz both sides of the coated pork chops with olive oil.
Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one. Cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes.
Carefully flip, spritz the tops lightly with olive oil again, and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the coating is golden brown and the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Let the pork chops rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
