Ingredients

  • 3 broccoli crowns
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Snip the broccoli crowns into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors or a knife.
  • Place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer to the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • Toss and cook for another 8 minutes.

Notes

Pre-cut broccoli works just as well as fresh broccoli, so that can save you time! Just make sure it isn’t frozen. Frozen takes an entirely different approach when using the air fryer.
Season to your liking - adding more or less or changing up the seasonings altogether.
