Coconut Raspberry Slush

Ingredients

  • 1-12 oz can ginger ale
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 2 cups ice
  • coconut for garnish

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender & blend on high until all ice is crushed & no large pieces remain. This should be very slushie - no ice chunks.
  • Should take 2-4 minutes depending on your blender.
