Ham & Cheese Hot Spinach Dip

The most delicious hot spinach dip loaded with cheese & ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayo or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • cups diced ham Can also use - shredded chicken, cooked lobster, lump cram beat, browned sausage, or any other favorite
  • 3-4 tbsp dried minced onions or other flavoring such as ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning or Italian seasoning.

Air Fryer Version

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayo or sour cream
  • 1-2 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup diced ham Can also use - shredded chicken, cooked lobster, lump cram beat, browned sausage, or any other favorite
  • 1-2 tbsp dried minced onions or other flavoring such as ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning or Italian seasoning.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray a small cast iron skillet with cooking spray- set aside
  • In a mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except ham & spinach & mix well until fully combined into one large cheese ball
  • Fold in ham & spinach & transfer to prepared skillet
  • Bake 20-50 minutes & then broil for an additional 5-7 minutes or until deep golden & bubbly
  • Serve with crostini or crackers

Air Fryer Version

  • Combine all ingredients except meat, spinach and seasonings & mix well until fully combined into one large cheese ball.
  • Fold in spinach, seasonings, and then any desired meat & transfer an air fryer-safe dish or ramekin.
  • Cook at 320 degrees for 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
