Ham & Cheese Hot Spinach Dip
The most delicious hot spinach dip loaded with cheese & ham.

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayo or sour cream
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1½ cups diced ham Can also use - shredded chicken, cooked lobster, lump cram beat, browned sausage, or any other favorite
- 3-4 tbsp dried minced onions or other flavoring such as ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning or Italian seasoning.
Air Fryer Version
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mayo or sour cream
- 1-2 tsp minced garlic
- ½ cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced ham Can also use - shredded chicken, cooked lobster, lump cram beat, browned sausage, or any other favorite
- 1-2 tbsp dried minced onions or other flavoring such as ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning or Italian seasoning.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a small cast iron skillet with cooking spray- set aside
In a mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except ham & spinach & mix well until fully combined into one large cheese ball
Fold in ham & spinach & transfer to prepared skillet
Bake 20-50 minutes & then broil for an additional 5-7 minutes or until deep golden & bubbly
Serve with crostini or crackers
Air Fryer Version
Combine all ingredients except meat, spinach and seasonings & mix well until fully combined into one large cheese ball.
Fold in spinach, seasonings, and then any desired meat & transfer an air fryer-safe dish or ramekin.
Cook at 320 degrees for 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
