Ingredients

  • 3 lbs flank steak - sliced thin
  • 1 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyake Marinade
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced onions
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 3-4 cups cooked & drained spaghetti noodles

Instructions

  1. Combine flank steak, marinade, broth, beer, garlic & onions to slow cooker.
  2. Cover & cook on HIGH for 4 hours
  3. In the last 30 minutes, add in broccoli & carrots- stir & cover for remaining time
  4. Once meat is done cooking, add in cooked noodles & toss to combine
