No Churn Coffee Ice Cream is a coffee lovers dream. Less added sugar & all the great flavor of coffee, this is one frozen dessert you'll make all summer.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
  • 1 cup SPLENDA┬« Naturals Stevia Sweetener
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 16 oz whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine Splenda & instant coffee in a large bowl.
  2. Add coconut cream & whisk until everything is dissolved & blended
  3. Whisk in vanilla
  4. Fold in whipped topping
  5. Transfer to freezer-safe container, sprinkle with chocolate chips - lightly stir
  6. Cover & freeze at least 6 hours or overnight
