Dairy-Free Fudge Pops Recipe is the perfect summertime frozen treat. Made with coconut milk & no refined sugar, these are ultra creamy & SUPER DELICIOUS!

Ingredients

  • 26 oz coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend on high for 60-90 seconds - until completely blended
  • (taste to make sure it's sweet enough to your liking & add more if needed)
  • Pour into pop molds & freeze at least 4 hours or overnight
  • *Note - to make extra creamy - allow mixture to sit in the blender for 30 minutes after mixing. Then pulse a couple more times before pouring into molds.
  • **Additionally- run the mold under warm water on the outside to loosen the pops when serving.
