Ingredients
4cupsquick oats
¼cupmilled flax seed
½cupslivered almonds
½cupchopped walnuts
¾cupcoconut
2tspcinnamon
½cupbrown sugar
1tspsalt
⅓cupcoconut oil
4tbspraw honey
½cupwater
1tspvanilla extract
1cupdried blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 - 275 for convection.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment - set aside.
In a large bowl- combine all dry ingredients - except blueberries.
In a medium bowl combine wet ingredients & whisk.
Pour wet ingredients into dry mix & stir to coat so entire mixture is moist.
Transfer to prepared baking sheet & spread in a thin, even layer.
Bake 55 minutes - stir every 15 minutes.
After 30 minutes of baking- add blueberries.
Cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
Use within 1 week.
Notes
**To make this recipe in the Air Fryer - Preheat to 250 degrees. Adjust the ingredients, either reducing by 50-75% depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 30 minutes - stirring every 10 minutes. Note - this can be made with gluten-free oats. Alternate mix-ins can include pumpkin seeds, maple syrup in place of honey, dried cranberries.
