Fill large stock pot with water - bring to a boil over high heat
Turn down heat to medium & carefully add your noodles- cook to package directions
Meanwhile - add olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley, wine & tomatoes to a large skillet
Saute until butter is melted & flavors have blended. Garlic will be browned. Stir frequently.
When pasta is done- drain well & add back to your stock pot
Add your garlic sauce & mix well
Serve with a dash of salt & parmesan cheese & additional parsley
