White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzels are made with mini pretzel twists and coated in white chocolate and topped with crushed peppermint candy canes. Quick and simple to make with just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 50 mini pretzel twists
  • 12 ounces white chocolate candy melts
  • 2 tbsp finely crushed peppermint candy

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate at 50% power for 1 minute; stir.
  • Return the bowl to the microwave for 30-second intervals (still at 50% power) until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  • Using a fork, or a chocolate dipping set, dip the pretzels in the melted white chocolate, flip the pretzel to coat.
  • Tap the fork on side of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate.
  • Place the coated pretzels on wax paper or parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle the crushed peppermint on top.
  • Let set at room temperature until the chocolate has hardened.
