Ingredients
18ounceswhite chocolate chips
14ouncessweetened condensed milk
12Oreo cookiescoarsely chopped
Instructions
Prepare an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking dish by lining it with waxed paper or parchment paper.
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave on high for one minute and then stir vigorously to allow the chocolate to continue melting from the residual heat.
Repeat the heating and stirring process in 15-second increments until the white chocolate is melted and smooth. Take care to not over-cook as the chocolate will seize.
Fold in the chopped cookies to the smooth mixture.
Transfer the fudge to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
Refrigerate for at least two hours or until firm.
Use the parchment overhang to lift the chilled fudge from the pan.
Cut it into pieces and serve.
