Ingredients

  • 18 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 Oreo cookies coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking dish by lining it with waxed paper or parchment paper.
  • In a large, microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave on high for one minute and then stir vigorously to allow the chocolate to continue melting from the residual heat.
  • Repeat the heating and stirring process in 15-second increments until the white chocolate is melted and smooth. Take care to not over-cook as the chocolate will seize.
  • Fold in the chopped cookies to the smooth mixture.
  • Transfer the fudge to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours or until firm.
  • Use the parchment overhang to lift the chilled fudge from the pan.
  • Cut it into pieces and serve.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
