Simple Instant Pot Beef Stew



Beef Stew Meat Flour Butter Beef Broth Red Potatoes Carrots Worcestershire Tomato Paste Onions Garlic


Coat stew meat with flour and toss into Instant Pot on Saute mode. Brown the meat.


Add broth and scrape the bottom of the dish to deglaze. Turn off saute and add in potatoes, carrots, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, onions, and garlic. Stir.


Put lid on and set value to seal. Cook on manual high for 40 minutes. Allow to natural release for 30 minutes following.


Carefully remove lid and stir before serving.
